No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services, such as customer service and SMS delivery, is permitted solely to support our business operations.
All other information-sharing categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
EZ Assurance Group, Inc. does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent for third-party marketing or lead generation.
Mobile telephone numbers provided for insurance quotes, applications, or service requests may be disclosed to insurance carriers and other authorized insurance-market participants solely for the insurance services requested, as described in Section 4. Such disclosures do not include SMS opt-in data or consent.

Our website and insurance services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website without appropriate authorization.
